Today is kind of a big deal. I've been actively staying active and changed my diet for a full 3 weeks. It's a big deal because I NEVER stay on board for more than 2 weeks. Now, don't get me wrong, I felt myself starting to slip but I picked myself back up and kept on keeping on. I've lost 5.7 pounds in total and I can start to feel it. My stomach looks a little more flat, my waist is a bit smaller, and my jeans aren't so snug. It's all very slight, but it's enough to make me do a happy dance!
I've been in the process of making a a workout playlist, so if any of you out there have some suggestions I would love to hear them! When I get my playlist I will be sure to share it.
