Even though I have been consitently losing (3 weeks tomorrow, I was down 5.3 pounds this morning), I don't feel like I'm trying hard enough! I went to the gym last night for an hour, and even though I was working until I felt like I could pass out, this morning I'm not even sore in the slightest. I don't know if I need to up the weights and intensity but when I'm doing it I feel like I'm already pushing as far as I can go!
The last week my eating wasn't perfect... couple of small treats here and there and a bit of snacking.
I just want to see what I can do if I REALLY buckle down. Either way, I'm already halfway to the first mini goal so that's pretty exciting!
