I did it I did it! I lost 2.4 pounds in my first week. Woooo! It was surprisingly a lot easier than I thought it would be. Just cut back on portions, watch the junk food intake, and get moving. I feel confident this is it, this is the time I'm actually going to stick to my goals and keep that scale moving on down!
I'm starting to be able to feel it, too. I feel a bit tighter, less bloated. I'm excited to see how I feel as the next week goes by!
