Resting Day

So after snowboarding on the weekend, and doing the Gazelle for an hour last night my legs are DONE. I'm to the point of hardly walking lol.

I still woke up at 5:30, but after trying to get out of bed and not really being able to stand I decided it would be a good idea to have a resting day. I may still do some light working out, maybe work on my abs and arms instead. I would love to go for a walk but it's way too cold out. I think it's time for some stretching this morning!

All in all, still on the right track and I really feel like I'm making progress. My eating hasn't been anything exciting, just smaller portions and pacing myself so I know when I'm full.
