Yesterday I did PERFECT. No junk, and another 2 hours at the gym. So this morning I step on the scale.... and I'm down 4.2 pounds. WHAT?! I can't believe it. How is that even possible?! I mean, I guess I'm still going at a nice pace but I never believed it was this simple. Oh, I've also lost 3 inches in my waist. It's kind of neat, the more I lose the more motivated I am to keep going because I know what I'm doing is paying off.
