And so it begins... the point where I typically fall of the wagon and indulge. IN EVERYTHING.
I was good all morning. I went home for lunch, had a small plate of rice and veggies. After I was done I was trying to convince myself I was still starving and needed more, but I wouldn't let myself. I had a big glass of water and waited it out. Then the sweet tooth came, and I caved, just a little. I had a small scoop of peppermint ice cream, which calmed the craving for about 30 minutes and now I'm sitting on my hands to avoid the box of girl guide cookies.
*Ooooooosaaaaaahhh*. I can do this! I am not hungry. I don't need cookies, or chocolate. I just go to keep myself busy and stop thinking about it!
