I was a bit surprised by the scale this morning. All weekend, I didn't eat BADLY, but not great, either. Couple of cookies, servings a bit bigger than they should have been, and besides the 2 hours workout on Sunday, I didn't workout on Saturday or Monday (but going to the gym again tonight!). I've been avoiding the scale because I know what it will say!
I guess not! I still dropped .3 pounds since Friday. Now that's inspiring! This is easy.
